What is the refund policy for course enrollments?
How do I request a refund?
To request a refund, please email us at nathanreddyar@gmail.com. Please note that refunds are not available beyond the second week under any circumstances.
Can I pause my course if I can't continue due to circumstances deemed extreme by Prodigize?
Yes, in case of extraordinary circumstances, we can pause your progress and allow you to pick it up later. Qualifying situations may include medical treatment, bereavement, institutionalization, and environmental emergencies.
Can I request a specific teacher for my course?
No, we are unable to fulfill requests for specific teachers. We carefully manage enrollments to ensure that all students receive the necessary feedback and attention. This helps us maintain a balanced workload for our teachers, ensuring the best possible support for all students.
What happens to plagarized work?
Plagiarism is not tolerated. If you submit plagiarized work, you may be required to resubmit the assignment, receive no credit for it, or be removed from the course. All work submitted must be entirely your own effort to maintain academic integrity.
